Terrible after-sales customer service; I bought an m1 computer, the treatment was very good from the saleswoman, the next day I returned because it had blocked me and wouldn't let me enter, I returned to the store and with the same saleswoman named Marisol she told me that she couldn't help me , that a Technician could support me and unlock it but they would charge me 2,200 pesos hahaha!! I will never buy a case from this store again in my life!!

The truth is that the service leaves much to be desired, they always attend reluctantly, with a bad face, if you ask something very hardly and they answer you. The way they provide their service is horrible, they are the face of a company, they cannot afford to serve us as if they were doing us a favor, they did not want to sell my mother an iPhone 14 pro Max and she was already paying for one , but since they were going to close, they no longer wanted to make the sale. And if I list the times I have gone to ask if there is "x" product in stock, they always answer lazily

BEWARE: their return policies are basically that you cannot return the product even if it has factory defects. They hide that it is not a Mac store, but that they buy from Mac. I recommend a thousand times better to buy Mac products in other stores that do respect Mac policies.

The overbearing technical service people and Pen..., they have no idea about anything but they think ugh! The sellers don't really know what they are selling either, terrible service, I went to Samsung and it was better to buy the s22 ultra there, no I'm going to waste my money to go get angry with apple pens..

They never answer the phone, they should take it off, it's a waste of time.
